At Jadi Lash, our goal is to provide an exceptional and seamless experience for all our valued clients. Please take a moment to review our updated policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Health and Safety: To ensure the well-being of both our clients and staff, we ask that you disclose any health conditions or sensitivities, especially related to lash adhesives, before your appointment. Clients with certain conditions may be advised against lash services.
  • Allergy Notification: Alert us to any allergies or sensitivities. Jadi Lash cannot be held liable for reactions if we are not informed beforehand.
  • Property Respect: Clients must not handle products or tools without permission. Damage to salon property will incur a charge for the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Media Consent: Jadi Lash may use photos or videos taken during services for promotional purposes. By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of these images.
  • Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that could compromise the safety and comfort of our staff and clients.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Lateness

  • Notification: If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed.
  • Late Arrival Fee: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $15 fee added to your service total, and the appointment may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation

  • Timing: Please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Fee for Late Cancellation/No-Show: Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment result in the forfeiture of your deposit plus a $30 fee.

Rescheduling

  • Reschedule Notice: Reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to avoid the loss of your deposit and incurring a $30 fee.

Guests

  • Waiting Room Policy: Due to our schedule and limited space, our waiting area is reserved exclusively for clients receiving services. Please come alone to your appointment.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS

  • Securing Appointments: A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensure availability for all clients.

REFILL AND MAINTENANCE

  • Booking Refills: Proper maintenance is crucial for the longevity of your lash extensions. Please book refills as advised to maintain the best appearance and health of your lashes.

NO REFUNDS

  • Allergic Reactions: In the rare event of an allergic reaction occurring during the lash application, we will remove the extensions immediately. However, deposits are non-refundable to cover the time and materials used.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

  • On-time Arrival: Please arrive on time or slightly early. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes without prior notice may result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.
  • Face Preparation: Attend your appointment without makeup. Clean lashes ensure optimal application and longevity.
  • Lash Care Products: Lash cleansers are available for purchase to maintain your lash health and extension lifespan.
